Uphill down is the story of a girl from South Boston who meets a Beacon Hill Brahmin. The two experience a cross-class one night stand and the morning after. The film explores class issues with a witty and moving dialogue, exposing the Cinderella myth. Class is not about money its about tupperware and our ability to pronounce "loser." Outstanding performances by Rebecca Eddy and Andrew Sarno. The film was screened in January 1998 at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston as part of a series on Dating. The film was the 1997 winner of the Sumner Redstone Film Festival in Boston.
